Q: Do I need the Cloud Sourced Strategy Scrollbook before booking?
A: Yes — the Scrollbook is the foundation for your session. It contains the Strategy Signal and strategic plan that will be reviewed at these sessions.
Q: Do I need to book a Strategy Session each quarter?
A: You can book a session whenever you feel like you need some help, for one quarter or all four. We’re flexible! Each session is $147.
Q: What if my quarter went completely off the rails?
A: Then we’ll look at the wreckage together, laugh, learn and use it as compost. Every thriving strategy needs good fertilizer.
How do I schedule my session after purchase?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a short introduction form to fill out and return to us, as well as scheduling options.
We’ll coordinate directly to find a date and time that works best for you — no automated calendars, just human connection.
What should I bring to the session?
Your completed Scrollbook pages and Signal, notes on how the past quarter has developed (the good, the bad and the ugly).
Don’t forget your Project Pulse worksheets too, we’ll discuss the progress you’ve made and identify where things have fallen short so we can fix them, or compost them as brand fertilizer.
Be sure to also bring the Quarterly Check-in and Reflections pages (pages 22-23 of the Scrollbook), we’ll fill them out together. And your favorite snacks.

Will I get notes or a recording afterward?
Yes! You’ll receive a written summary of key takeaways, insights and action items we discussed in the Session. And if you’d like, a full transcription too.
What if I need more time or want ongoing support?
Additional time can be added at $97/hour for deeper exploration or follow-up guidance.
You can also book Quarterly or Annual Sessions once you’ve completed your Signal Session to stay aligned and on track.
