Refund Policy
Digital Downloads
No physical items are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The files are corrupted or inaccessible
- You received the incorrect product due to a technical error
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at connect @ cloudsourcedwisdom.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Consulting sessions purchased through Cloud Sourced Wisdom are refundable prior to the start of work.
Work is considered to have begun once any of the following occur:
- Preparation materials or intake guides are sent
- Pre-session review or research begins
- The session is held (in person or via video)
Once work has begun, sessions are non-refundable, as time and preparation have been reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel or request a refund before work begins, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Rescheduling:
If something comes up, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
